Returns & Exchanges 

Since our garments are custom-made to order, we follow a strict no-return policy.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns on custom-made garments.

  • This includes orders placed using standard sizes or custom measurements.

Exchanges / Alterations

  • If there is a manufacturing defect or stitching issue, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Minor alterations may be offered at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

  • Fit preferences (too loose/tight if measurements were confirmed)

  • Change of mind

  • Color or fabric perception differences due to screen display

We strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order if you have any doubts.

Refund Policy 

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • No refunds are provided once an order is placed.

  • Refunds are only considered in rare cases of:

    • Proven manufacturing defects

    • Non-delivery of the product

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
